A very unpleasant company. I had personal contact with the owner. Having this company as a client is unacceptable. They don't adhere to payment agreements, transferring 20% less than the previously agreed-upon price. Their tone on the phone is extremely unpleasant. After this experience, I completely understand the other negative reviews. I will never work with this company again.
Incredibly competent employees with extensive expertise. Always ready and able. I would gladly work for Casella AG again.
The tone of communication and treatment as an employee leaves much to be desired.
