If you speak english, customer experience is non existent. At the call center they don’t let you choose english. They should be more considerate of the large expat community in Switzerland. Also, I find it odd that they don’t even have Italian. On whatsapp chat support, even when communicating in German or French, they answer once per hour and then they close the chat whenever they want, without asking you before if you have other questions. I also don’t get why they don’t allow reviews on producs on their website, for other countries they do. I ordered ~10 big furniture products and they each came in separate deliveries, wasting me lots of time having to wait for them. For a sofa I ordered, they changed my delivery and assembly time twice, because apparently they were scheduling it before the sofa even arrived in their warehouse. Most products took a lot of time to arrive, between 1 and 2 months, but they at least they are honest with this on the website. I will not order again, customer service is awful.

Last weekend I have finally been able to visit XXXLutz in Dietikon. The first impression you get is the size when you are standing in front of the building. It is massive big. Once you enter the store you realise how huge it is stretched over 4 floors. Since we needed a mattress I tried a few of them and very soon I had the shop rep helping and guiding me. I liked it that she has taken the necessary time and explained the features to the different mattresses. At the end I have been able to choose the right product. We've also had lunch at the in-house restaurant on the 4th floor. The food was very yummy. The prices are good, the selection is huge and the style of the products is great to my taste. Definitely worth visiting this place.

Very disappointed with XXXLutz. I placed an order for a bed and mattress in March 2025, and the experience was a nightmare from the start. Delivery was delayed, key components were missing, and the mattress delivered was not the one I ordered. Despite multiple attempts to get help, I never received any communication or support from their customer service. After seven months of persistent follow-up, the correct items finally arrived. The lack of professionalism and customer care was unacceptable. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from XXXLutz.

We bought a bedroom from this place and Anja Gehrig was a very well informed employee and she helped us with all information, 5 stars for her and for the shop. The shop it’s very well organised on each floor. Anja Gehrig is one of the best.
