Very professional and friendly company. They were always very nice, professional and on time. Answered all my questions, did the job quickly and well, cleaned after it (they had to also drill, etc.). I am very satisfied with the service. The work was done by Mr. Dominik Hörnlimann and a trainee. Both during the service and in the company location I could communicate in english. I highly recommend it!
A very reliable electrician. Communication was clear and straightforward, and appointments were met on time. The work, both in the office and on-site, was carried out cleanly and neatly. Even minor adjustments were handled without any problems. Overall, a professional and pleasant service that I would happily recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Emails go unanswered, there are no responses, and many things are simply forgotten. Overall, extremely unreliable – not recommended if you rely on professional and clear communication.
You should leave your workspace clean... as I work in construction myself, I know this all too well. It was just a power outlet, and they simply left the dust and cable remnants lying around... oh, and the outlet was even mounted crooked! Great job... Thank you for your feedback... Ignorant employees, this management style is deplorable. Without prior notice, workers in our UN garage installed cables, cable ducts, and sockets in the immediate vicinity of our parked car. They drilled holes in the ceiling and pillars with hammer drills, so the drilling dust covered our car. If I hadn't caught the two workers red-handed, they probably would have left after finishing. I wrote to the company but never received a reply. Unfortunately, I can't prove that the scratches were caused by the workers. This is concerning and despicable behavior from Unholz AG.
