Accept orders while ordering, sends then an message to change delivery conditions and when client refuse and ask for first hand accepted delivery conditions, delivery is canceled. Looks like they don’t really need business. Good that there is a healthy competition!
I had placed an incorrect order on a specific item, and Apfelkiste with full understanding, accepted that I return the item. Apfelkiste evaluated the situation and after reflexion decided that to send back the item at such low price was not meeting the "green friendly" companies values, and instead asked me to keep it and asked me to pass it on whom could need it. What can you say, a big thank you. A first for me on that "friendly green" argument.
I ordered the wrong product model and asked to send it back. I got really impressed by the fact that they allowed me to keep the product and gave me a voucher to buy the correct one. They said that the costs of returning the product and co2 impact would not be worth and preferred to allow me to get a new one instead. That never happened to me and I really appreciated the attitude.
Great service: Apfelkiste was very accommodating and, for sustainability reasons, waived the return of an iPhone case that didn't fit and instead sent a voucher.
Aggressive customer service who instead of being helpful when told of a wrong order due to an unclear product description start acting like lawyers instead of customer SERVICE representatives. Yes the packaging is damaged, the order was placed based on the faulty product description. Asking customers for device serial numbers and photos of opened packaging shows you the values of this company.
I order two items. They came very quick, just in two days!!!!! I wanted to keep one of the two which was very qualitative, original and in super price. The other I wanted to return as I didn't like the colour (the quality was very good though). The seller found the best solution and sent a gift code for the next purchase. I am very satisfied
