Very disappointing. The company came to our house to trim bushes and made an unbearable noise. It was so loud, my head nearly exploded! Instead of working in a modern and considerate manner, they continue to rely on noisy, gasoline-powered tools. This is completely counterproductive, especially for gardening. After all, you want to enjoy peace and nature and not feel like you're sitting next to a jackhammer. Furthermore, this noise is extremely unpleasant and stressful for pets. A switch to quiet, electronic devices would have been in order long ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all.
Utility costs have risen massively due to external building maintenance services, and then the property management company tries to shift tasks onto the tenants because the building manager simply isn't on site. Completely unacceptable conditions.
Throwing cigarettes out of the car window while driving is littering, even if it's on a small scale.
Good work, friendly and attentive.
