Goods were stolen, most deliveries were sent to the wrong addresses, nobody takes responsibility, and there's no communication! I would never work with them again: even falsifying Google results shows who they are. Everything is mixed up and confused, and the blame always falls on the customer, even when goods are sent to the wrong address, improperly packaged, or the wrong items are sent. It's simply a disaster.
I would absolutely never store my goods there again. Everything gets lost, it's dirty, and the logistics are simply a complete disaster.

I had to pick up the goods directly in Embrach. The employee was very friendly and efficient, and even helped me load them. He even changed the forks on the forklift! Excellent customer service, keep it up!
