Unloading was fairly quick, and the staff were friendly but not overly so. Unloading took place from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm maximum.
The staff is not polite, 50 kg were loaded for 3 hours, during those 3 hours, each of the employees smoked 4 packs of cigarettes, if not 5, it would have been possible to put -5, it would have been good, but what is is what is

For loading you will have to enter at ramp 12 to ask for information! Very polite staff, speaking German, English and Italian! The loading gentleman, I think his name is Salvatore, managed the loading very well even though I was with a 3.5 ton truck, the company being very busy (he brought my pallets directly to the truck)!
