my product was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they sent an email saying that the address was wrong (the address is correct, I confirmed) today they sent an email in the morning to pick up the product at a service point, I went there and the product was not there I called customer service, they told me they had made a mistake and told me to go to another service point, the product wasn't there either, I called again they told me the product would be available from 5pm, I came at 5pm, nothing , then I called to complain and the woman hung up the phone, I've been looking for my product since morning and nothing, today is Friday, weekends are closed, Monday and Tuesday are New Year's holidays, I'm exhausted and upset and without the my product without being able to do anything, the people at DHL who are involved in my delivery and the customer support are not professional and therefore, whenever I can avoid DHL services I will avoid it!!! So what do you think about DHL?
Excellent service all the time I needed them.
I dropped off a package for return. Unfortunately, I didn't get the employee's name. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!
I am outraged by this company. They botched my delivery of an iPad three times, which was absolutely essential. Customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority for this company. When I asked, they only sent the case without the iPad – ridiculous! They contacted me on Friday evening and said they would still bring my iPad, but I waited for hours and nothing arrived. I have rarely been so appalled by a company – truly incompetent. If I could, I wouldn't give them a single star!
Very fast and friendly service: The package was shipped faster than waiting for the truck, which had to reverse in front of the service point on the day of the visit and blocked the road in the meantime.
Over an hour's wait with customer service! The package couldn't be delivered because nobody was home...yes, I was at work. Then I called customer service...over an hour's wait...the man on the phone sounded unmotivated and unfriendly. I was told I had to pay the customs fees first...great, via an email in my spam folder. I got home at lunchtime...there was a note from the delivery guy...he'd been there with the package. But nobody was home. So he could have delivered the package without having to pay the 12 CHF customs fee beforehand. I've now paid it online...the package should be delivered tomorrow. I'm curious to see what happens. Always just problems with DHL. Why do companies always use this parcel service? If anything, use UPS...or just the good old post office...at least the packages actually arrive there.
