Very disappointed experience. The Kosmo S cabin trolley I received showed obvious quality and finishing defects out of the box. Don't be fooled, it is made in China, but you pay the Swiss price. Think twice before buying, return shipping is at your cost. Customer service didn't care at all, and stopped replying to my email.

My new suitcase Genius Trolley L (taupe) by PACK EASY exceeded my expectations. It is light enough for a slim lady. It is easy to navigate and roll, while all zippers function easily and reliably. The suitcase is accurate and its design is concise. There is also a 5-year warranty. Additionally, the pad HiClass Schreibmappe A5 (taupe) became a fortunate purchase. It is very pleasant to touch (it is soft) and to observe on a desktop due to its mild-pastel color and concise design. The pad is a kind of sustainable solution with durable cover and easy-to-change inside paper for everyone, who likes writing working notes and weekly or daily plans by hand. Furthermore, it has an interesting feature - citing: "This product is protected with a special RFID film. Your credit and insurance cards as well as identity card will be protected against data theft and the misuse of your personal data."

I am very happy with the suitcases I ordered, really good quality. The suitcase was ready for delivery 1 day after the order, which but the delivery with Planzer was a bit problematic. Long story short, I drove myself to Pratteln 3 days after the scheduled delivery to pick up the suitcase myself.

Excellent shopping experience. I bought on-line and received very quickly the back, just a couple of days. A personalized welcome letter was a really nice surprise, opening my new suitcase, which I really like a lot! Material looks very good, now we need 10-15 years to update the review ;)

The luggages are great! Light, resistant and very practical. But nothing compared to the amazing customer service. I had the bad luck that the airline damaged my luggage and one of the wheels broke. I emailed Pack Easy to ask where I could buy a replacement wheel and not only they took care of the shipping of a spare wheel but they did it completely for free. Amazing service and communication with Mrs. Kaiser. I will definitely buy the smaller ones to complete my set.
