I was looking for a yarn for a very specific project idea. I was in very good hands with Swicofil - first, they highlighted points that needed further elaboration for the project and what this means for the yarn requirements and then organized an according solution when we cleared the points internally. Great service!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. In my opinion, they are unprofessional, looking for faults in the customer instead of offering solutions. Much of the communication is done by phone, so there is no binding written correspondence later on.
