I have tried to visit a house and it was refused by a employer, on the phone, because she said: "in this company people only speak German, so you must speak German to visit the house". Said that Switzerland is for German speakers, putting appart French Italian and Romanche speakers. And told me this in English. Descrimination. After lived in many other European countries, this is something I assure that deteriorates the good name of a company. Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Amos Immobilien (formerly Arkenda). I had problems with my rental deposit and wanted to check on its status. I called a total of five times – each time I was assured I would receive a call back, which never happened. When I finally sent an email, the responsibility was shifted to the bank, which later turned out to be incorrect. I felt that they were not acting in the best interests of their clients. I absolutely cannot recommend working with them.

As a condominium owner, I have experienced several problems with Amos Immobilien AG, formerly Arkenda and before that Schilter Treuhand, regarding unprofessional conduct. I encountered arrogance and a lack of professionalism, particularly in my dealings with Ms. Sandra Breitenstein. My requests to communicate electronically were ignored, and I was portrayed as a liar and someone who couldn't handle the mail. However, she was unable to prove that I received the mail. She didn't respond to my request to switch to electronic communication at all. Instead, I was even advised to find another property management company if I wasn't satisfied. Customer service and respect for clients are completely lacking. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will follow Sandra's advice and terminate the business relationship immediately!
