I've rarely experienced anything like this before. I was walking into the shop for the first time. The man behind the counter spent a good five minutes whining about how stressed and miserable he was, how he couldn't possibly be in three places at once, and so on. He launched into this tirade about an older customer, then about a customer on the phone, and finally stood huffing and puffing in front of me, saying he couldn't possibly grow three heads and ten legs... The atmosphere was tense, electric. I told him to just take a deep breath, and then it really started. He said it was easy for me to say, nobody in the world was as stressed as he was, and he'd been working 7x7 for four years straight... I left the shop trembling and I'll never set foot in there again.
I had my thesis bound at Lazi; I received excellent advice and the order was completed very quickly and precisely. I am very satisfied; top-notch stationery.
