After many years as a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by your actions. At the end of 2024, my legal protection insurance was canceled after a legal case without any warning or explanation from you. I find such a decision without prior communication or discussion with the customer completely unacceptable. Even more incomprehensible is that even my wife – who has never had a legal case – is no longer accepted by any other legal protection insurance provider. I would have expected more transparency, fairness, and professionalism from a major insurer like AXA ARAG.
