Sent my phone to repair under Galaxus warranty. Today I received it back and its crazy... phone is fixed ( swollen battery) but during the repair they scratch and dent my phone. Good thing is I took photos of my phone before sending to them. How you can return product from repair center in worst condition that was sent to you? If you don't know how to open Google Pixel and use force for it, maybe better use certified Google Repair Center. Really disappointed.

I had issues recharging my Sony mobile phone since the USB connection did not work properly, so I took it to ALSO Schweiz AG for repair. After 2-3 weeks of absolute silence, I phoned them to see how the repair was progressing. They told me that they hadn't even started, because I had to pay for it in advance. I transferred more than 300 CHF for the repair and, after another month, not only did they not fix the mobile phone but also they never returned it to me. Instead, I was given an outdated Sony model that neither I wanted nor asked for. SCAMMERS, SHOP TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS
