I bought the worst blood sausage and liver sausage of my life there: The blood sausage was way too peppery and had no other spices, the liver sausage wasn't seasoned at all, completely tasteless and mushy like mush. We had to throw the sausages away.

Unfriendly greeting I stopped by the butcher shop on Friday morning, October 21, 2022, for my first shopping trip. I bought venison and roe deer stew, 440g each. I also bought a cordon bleu and some ham. The ham looked so dry. I asked for a sample, but I immediately said it was too salty. "Yes," was the reply, "do you think it might just be this piece?" So, never again will I buy ham here. Inedible and oversalted. Both stews tasted extremely strongly of vinegar sauce. (I couldn't tell the difference between them; it upset my stomach.) That too is almost inedible. Your response about it being too salty was so evasive. I realized that customers are expected to keep quiet here. I will remain silent in this butcher shop forever. I'm going to Langnau. There, you're still treated like a customer. Cordon bleu with garlic? So-so, everything about this butcher shop is okay. Shopping trip: CHF 43.55. If you're already driving from Burgdorf to Zollbrück for meat, you might as well drive a bit further. Never again. Bewyni

I ordered a mixed grill platter and salads from Nyffenegger butcher shop for a barbecue. The meat was of very good quality and beautifully presented. The salad was also very fresh. Friendly service, including delivery. Excellent value for money!
