Kern's butcher shop is always worth a stop. Whether before a hike or simply when you're craving good meat, you'll find almost everything you need for your daily hunger. The Alpine herb sausages are especially recommended; they even win over those who don't usually like bacon (like me). The hunter's roast is another highlight! Always a great feast or a treat for Sunday dinner!
