Disrespectful service! After servicing our Ecomatic coffee machine on Kantonsstrasse in 6033 Buchrain today (August 14, 2025, approximately 9:00 a.m.), the Ecomatic technician dumped his slimy coffee slops directly into the freshly cleaned restroom. A real rant! He responded to our long-time cleaner's polite warning with silly, subliminal remarks. That's not how you treat people or their work. Absolutely unprofessional!

The vending machines are only working halfway decently :( Twint, cards, and coffee sticks are the problem areas. Or sometimes there's no coffee at all. I don't think the company realizes what this means for the workday. How much it affects the morale of hundreds of dissatisfied employees when they can't get their coffee. There are also new issues with the payment terminal; watch the videos.
Top service, always very good drinks.
These vending machines are the most unreliable I've ever used 😅 Daily malfunctions are normal. At least the service technicians arrive quickly.
