I have a PV system from another supplier. In desperation, I turned to Powerflow for help because my supplier unfortunately offers terrible support, is difficult to reach, and on top of that, behaves arrogantly. He'd rather go on vacation in Turkey and leave me hanging for weeks. Powerflow is completely different: one email, one call back, friendly and competent help, even though I've never bought anything from them before – that's real customer service and the best advertising a company can have: serve kindly, then earn. Hats off! That's unfortunately become rare these days, but not with Powerflow. Many thanks to Stefan Pfister and his team. Keep it up! (...and I'll gladly pay the bill, even if Powerflow wants to give it to me for free).
