The Faul company helped me have a truly wonderful birthday. Unfortunately, the round fondue boats were already stored away for the winter. But they weren't too lazy: The boss arranged for a great boat to be ready for the trip on time. The very friendly boss provided everything for a fondue. After a few practical instructions, we were able to set off on a privateer's cruise. 👨🎤 We anchored off St. Peter's Island and enjoyed a delicious fondue (a real cheese fondue, not a parcel fondue). It was delicious. 😋 We also circumnavigated the rest of the island without any problems. Highly recommended, I would do it again anytime I'm in the area. Thanks to the Faul family. 👏👍
We wanted to rent a barbecue boat on August 31, 2025, to surprise our colleague for his birthday – unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. There was hardly any response, just a voicemail that never arrived. I left a message myself or tried emailing, while my colleague, who wanted to reserve the boat, had no way to leave a voicemail – he only received one call, but couldn't answer while at work. We also drove an extra 30-40 minutes; our colleague's mother, unsuspecting, took him there to surprise him with the trip. The disappointment was all the greater: no boat, just a "Sorry." The explanation was that the boat wasn't in the water because it had rained all week – they assumed we wouldn't show up anyway. But on August 31, the weather was perfect! When I also pointed out that the email address wasn't working (we tried four different addresses), the problem was dismissed arrogantly and confidently: "I get emails every day" – instead of addressing the situation. For us, this was anything but customer-friendly and completely ruined our planned birthday fun. It's a shame – you don't expect something like that.
We bought our boat here in 2019. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We always enjoy coming back to Erlach. We feel very comfortable and well taken care of here. Excellent service. Many thanks to Fredy and the whole team!

The employees impress with their high motivation and customer focus – you feel completely at ease here. The surroundings are also excellent: The shipyard is vibrant, with many exciting activities both on-site and in the Erlach region. It's a place where a genuine passion for boats is alive and well. We highly recommend this shipyard to anyone who values quality and personalized service!
We rented a boat for a short break for the newlyweds in June 2024. The service was fantastic, with great flexibility given the unpredictable weather. The kindness, good humor, and friendliness of Freddy, the driver, were also greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them!
