Commercial property in Zollikon Disastrous planning. They arrived without an appointment and didn't keep to agreements. Unwilling to cooperate! To do the work on our premises, parking spaces need to be reserved in advance, and the tenants need to be informed. This isn't possible at 6:24 PM via email for the next day... The follow-up appointment was missed. They returned without an appointment when the parking lot was full. Then they came again on their own initiative, even though only one additional day had been agreed upon. Leaving chaos and disruption. Conclusion: Unreliable and disproportionate effort. A nuisance for and with the tenants!

Unprofessional: New construction. Instead of steam-treated soil, completely contaminated soil with weeds and brambles was delivered. Many newly planted bushes were in a deplorable state and had to be replaced at our expense after two years. The paving stones in the pathway were largely defective; after four years, a large portion had broken apart. All in all, very unpleasant, expensive, and poor service. Based on our experience (8 owners), we cannot recommend them. Nothing but trouble and high costs.
