Extremely disappointed with XXXLutz. After ordering a bed and mattress in March 2025, delivery was delayed, parts were missing, and the wrong mattress was supplied. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, XXXLutz never contacted me or offered any solution. It took 7 months and constant follow-up before the correct items were finally delivered. The lack of customer service and respect was unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from XXXLutz.

We ordered the wardrobe on April 5th, but a piece was broken during delivery on May 28th. Most of the room is occupied by the boxes for the wardrobe and boxes for the clothes that should go in the wardrobe, the room is almost unusable. I understand accident can happen and cause some delays, but I was told by the delivery person that replacement would take 1-2 weeks, which is fine. Half a week later, we received a notification the replacement part would arrive in 3-5 weeks and now 6 weeks passed, but it sounds like there isn't even a delivery date planned. This is not acceptable anymore from my side. If I had known this, I would never agree to store all the wardrobe boxes in our room. The service provided for feedback is not good, and now we waited the wardrobe for almost 3.5 months since order plus the inconvenience of having the room obstructed for more than 6 weeks, we are really not happy about the unreasonable delay and unsatisfied of the service provided by XXXLutz. We will think a 2nd time before purchasing with XXXLutz next time.
