Fantastic, definitely try: Äschlismatt steak, spiced bacon, and cured sausage. Also delicious in autumn: pepper from venison or roe deer hunted locally.

Very friendly staff, a large selection of meats, and very competent and friendly advice regarding party service, meat platters, and appetizer suggestions. The restaurant is very hygienic and clean.
As a child, I always went there with my grandfather. I always got a free piece of Lyoner meat :)
