After a stone chipped my windshield, caused by a truck belonging to Wermelinger AG, the company refused to cover the repair costs despite my verbal confirmation of the incident (I provided precise details including location, time, vehicle, and driver's name). According to Mr. Wermelinger, the incident could not be sufficiently proven. Therefore, Wermelinger AG's liability insurance was not activated. I am very disappointed with this company.
