I've been using JRENUM Sport Racing earplugs for motorcycling since 2017, manufactured by Audioprotect Geroldswil. They're the same ones Tom Lüthi used back then. A fantastic product. Small, comfortable, and easy to handle. This is their tenth season of use. Last year, I also had earplugs made for my wife by Audioprotect. Unfortunately, these are now made by Elacin. They're bulky and very difficult to use. Despite attempts to improve the design, the product hardly improved. My wife no longer wears them, except perhaps briefly on highway stretches. It's a shame that such a top-quality product could be so badly compromised. Especially considering the price of almost 300 Swiss francs.
I'm very satisfied with the Elacin minigrip hearing protection. I use the hearing protection for motorcycle riding, and the noise reduction works perfectly. The ear impression was taken professionally, the delivery was within a few days, and they are very comfortable to wear. I'd be happy to order again 👍👍👍
They arrived late and treated customers unprofessionally. If you have customers who are a bit dense (which is perfectly normal and human), you should at least have the necessary tools to be able to work...
Unbelievable! I left over 1000 Swiss francs unpaid and was put into debt collection proceedings because I skipped a month on my payment. No phone call, no email, nothing. I found the woman who advised me and my band quite pleasant. The accounting is shameful! Never again!
Our custom-fitted hearing protection from Audio Protect at work is worn by very few employees because it's so uncomfortable and I can still hear the noise much too loudly. We used to have different custom-fitted hearing protection from another company at work, which was excellent. I was so satisfied. Unfortunately, I've had to switch back to disposable earplugs. Zero stars for Audio Protect, if that were possible.
Sell quickly and then no longer be there for the customer when problems arise. You learn from mistakes...
