The staff were generally nice, at least one gentleman at reception and one warehouse worker in the dispatch area. I had to load three items weighing over a ton on wheels (frames). After the last one, the forklift driver simply left me alone because another truck was more important. If I hadn't put my steel-toed boots under one of the wheels, I would have been badly hurt. Thanks to the warehouse worker, I was able to position it as needed. Since no one was within earshot, I had to call reception on the company phone. The woman I spoke to, explaining my predicament, simply hung up on me, even though I told her I was standing at the back. As I said, thanks to that one warehouse worker.
