Friendly staff except for one slightly older Swiss woman with short hair. This saleswoman is very rude and arrogant, and made disrespectful insinuations to me. It's a shame; this one person ruins the friendly group dynamic that this kiosk would otherwise have.

I agree with Sophia. The older Swiss woman with short hair is very unfriendly and arrogant. Because of her, I no longer enjoy going to that kiosk. It's a shame; she ruins the whole impression of the team, who are all friendly except for her.
