My all-times favorite online shop for dog items and pet items! Vast top quality choice! Descriptions of the items very exact and reliable. Possibility to ask questions online and by phone fast & easy! Website online experience is very efficient, fast and practical! I live in Switzerland and am sometimes doing dog- & cat-sitting as a hobby and enjoy being equipped also with some good quality articles at home for the pet too😍 Have been shopping at iPet for more than 6 months now. For me, iPet is the best shop ever for pets! Highly recommended!
IPet themselves are great, but I decided to try their Ratenzahlung option for my last order - apparently it's done through an external Company who never sent the invoices, but sent a payment reminder with an extra fee. When I informed this Company that I never received the invoices, they were very nice and said they would waive the fee and send me the invoices. A week later I receive a final payment reminder with an additional fee, and I still have not received the original invoices. It surprises me that iPet would offer disorganized services.

I have been placing orders with iPet for over three years. Products arrive at my door very quickly. Home delivery is much appreciated for large products. They are very reliable. I am happy to continue to order with them.
I had an excellent experience with this seller. I found the food for my sensitive dog at a cheaper price compared to the other sellers. The delivery was very fast; in less than 2 days, the product was already at my door - very good packed and including some tooth sticks to try.
The worst Customer Service existing in Switzerland! Warning to all ordering Ipet.ch products online, for sure outside the personal and preferred working hours of the Ipet.ch employees. Notified Ipet customer service with in 4 minutes of purchase (paid in full) of an incorrect product. It took 3 days for the customer service to respond that the purchase could not be amended or cancelled. I was advised to decline or deny the delivery by the Swiss post. How can you deny delivery of anything dumped on your doorstep without notification? Or I should bring the entire package of ca 10 kg unopened to the Swiss post and return (on my own costs obviously). One entire package of unopened Royal Canin wet food sealed in original plastic and labeled may as such NOT be returned. WHY am I not surprised? 3 days of response time, No amendments possible, No cancellation possible, No return of items despite fully packaged and sealed. What else can you expect from non existing customer service of Ipet?
