Good and affordable. The new help desk integration is very helpful, and it's now very easy to create a ticket online. The response time is excellent. The best computer shop in the canton of Schaffhausen and beyond. Here you still receive excellent, personalized advice. PCs are assembled and set up upon request. Mr. Michel and Mr. Mehr, in particular, but also Mr. Werner, Mr. Knappich, and Mr. Adam do an outstanding job. Mr. Knappich is always the right person to talk to for a friendly chat. All employees seem very competent and are highly qualified in their fields. I'll gladly shop here again; I've recommended this shop to all my friends.

I came by today with my self-built PC, having trouble booting up and having it recognize my keyboard, mouse, monitor—basically everything. The advice and service were fantastic: they replaced the motherboard, CPU, and RAM, and even tidied up my dusty mess of cables (😅) inside the case! I was able to pick up my upgraded computer just a few hours later, and they also gave me some valuable tips. A great team—I highly recommend them!

I've been there three times with my laptop, and only once was they able to help, which involved ordering a new power adapter. The staff doesn't seem genuinely interested in the issue. If they can't fix it (because it's too expensive or too complicated), they leave you hanging. They offer no tips or suggestions on what else you could try to solve the problem. Otherwise, they're very friendly, but expensive.
