We have had excellent experiences with Livista Immobilien AG. The team is extremely professional and reliable. We particularly appreciate their prompt response to inquiries and their straightforward support with any questions or problems. A property management company that impresses with its dedication and expertise – highly recommended!
I never write reviews, but my experience with this property management company has been consistently frustrating. Communication is slow or nonexistent, and even simple requests like repairs or inquiries are only addressed with significant delays or not at all. There is a complete lack of transparency. One should expect professionalism and reliability, but unfortunately, I experienced neither. I strongly advise against working with this management company.
The - Z stands for reliability - F for fairness - P for professionalism - K for competence ... in Livista Update: Then the standard seems to have been set too low. I chose anonymity precisely because of this feedback. "Objective dialogue" has long since died out with you. This is exactly what you reflect with this personally attacking reaction about "hiding, evading, frustration, and disappointment." Instead of addressing the points, asking questions, or wanting to improve, you prefer to defend yourselves "objectively, competently, and professionally" with elaborate scenarios pulled out of thin air. Incompetence is one thing, but a lack of insight is quite another.
I will soon be moving into a property managed by Livista AG, and I'm very excited. The process so far has been very professional and quick.
Parking is a problem!!!!! I've been a customer for over 3 years, I pay 100 CHF per year to park my car, and the permit rarely works on weekends. Then there's the big problem: when you click the assistant button, you have to wait for over 30 minutes with a queue of more than 15 cars behind you!!! Third-world service!
