I've been shopping there for years for hiking boots, equipment, and crampons. The Menzi family is very friendly and customer-oriented, and thanks to their many years of mountaineering, hiking, and hunting experience, they are extremely knowledgeable. They work together to find the right solution for each individual need. Simply excellent!
When you enter the store, you're asked what you want, but then you're left standing there and ignored. When another customer suggested they could take care of the others, the saleswoman just replied, "Yes, them," and continued to ignore you. I ended up buying my equipment elsewhere and I won't be recommending this store.
