Absolutely unprofessional behavior. He lacks professionalism. He arrived more than thirty minutes late. In his ad, he describes the vehicle as being in perfect condition, but pretends to discover the defects when they are pointed out to him. He even goes so far as to raise his voice when he disagrees.
