Unfortunately, I can't share the enthusiasm here: My mygekko system was installed in 2014/15... and we're still correcting the mistakes made by beetschen Elektronik AG... a very disreputable company: they installed a demo unit from the trade fair (clearly identifiable by the "Olma" logo) and sold it to me as new! No support for system failures. Afterward, my research revealed that I was charged exactly double the price of €1600 for a Slide 1, namely €3200. Outrageous! Unfortunately, they were the only Gekko dealer at the time and must have taken advantage of this. Is that why mygekko removed this company from their contract? --- I can only warn others! Since I've now learned from several mygekko customers that I'm not an isolated case, I suspect that's why the company changed its name!
