Extremely unprofessional!!! We were told the apartment was reserved for us. We even took time off work to gather all the necessary documents. This cost and time was wasted for nothing. We only discovered by chance that the apartment was no longer available, even though we were told we would be notified if other interested parties came forward. This is my first review!
