We stopped by on a spring Saturday and were totally charmed by this winery and winemakers. Our favorite wine was the Pinot 18, but we tried many in a personal wine tasting and had great conversation with Andreas. Andreas and his wife were both so friendly. While we usually don't like pinots, these pinots were robust and delicious, and our family wishes we could ship it to the US! We so wish we had more space in our luggage to bring more wine home! Thank you for a lovely last afternoon in Switzerland!
Andreas was so accommodating during our tasting and definitely made our visit to the vineyard a highlight of our trip, I am so glad we decided to go at the last minute! The Pinot 18 was one of the most unique Pinot Noirs I've ever tried. I highly recommend a stop here!
Excellent Swiss wine! The wine tasting with you was a wonderful experience.
Cheese & wine. What a great offer! Personal wine tasting, cozy dinner. Highly recommended.
Pinot Schwarz 18: Despite its remarkably high alcohol content, which isn't at all bothersome, this is a top-class Pinot Noir. Everything is just right. An exceptional explosion of aromas at 16-18 degrees Celsius. Similar wines from Burgundy easily cost three to four times as much. This wine can also be cellared for a few more years.
I enjoy watching your YouTube videos. They inspire me, and it's simply fun to watch you 😊👍 Please keep it up! Perhaps you could also make a video on how to make semi-dry or sweet wines. Does the fermentation need to be stopped at a certain point? If so, how? :) …
