We used the TreuhandSuisse portal to search for an auditor for a condominium association. Our initial impression via the website was positive, so we requested a quote on January 9, 2025. We received a prompt reply on January 10, 2025, requesting further documentation, which we quickly submitted. Unfortunately, we have not received a quote to date. After several inquiries, we finally received a rejection today, February 25, 2025, stating that they lacked the capacity. We find this highly unprofessional and disappointing.
Quality standards? I called on January 10, 2020, to get information about an advertised apartment. The woman on the phone couldn't answer my questions. She wrote them down, took my contact information, and assured me I would receive a call back. I'm still waiting for that call over a month later. (The apartment was subsequently advertised several more times in the Frutiger Anzeiger.) I call that unprofessional.
