We booked a tour of America and Canada with Nova Reisen Frutigen. Ms. Bühler's service was excellent! We were able to enjoy our vacation and would book with Nova Reisen Frutigen again. Our flight to Chicago was canceled, and thanks to Ms. Bühler, we were able to relax and didn't have to lift a finger for the rebooking or hotel accommodation in Zurich.
I called and asked a question, and she asked if I had booked with them. She wanted a general question, and more specifically, she wasn't very friendly, and when I said no and added that I just wanted the question answered, she replied, "Yes, yes, I understand you."
Ms. Bühler is a wonderful, knowledgeable travel consultant who patiently and competently finds excellent solutions. I always got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her.
