One star to women who works there with short hair she is sooo rude, throwing things around,even my reiciept was throwed at me this evening. no respect for customers. Other employees are so lovely I used to come so often to buy things, but always felt so uncomfortable because of her. Not coming back

We regularly vacation in Kandersteg, but this time we took a look around Frutigen and discovered this secondhand shop—luckily! A large store with a wide selection and clearly arranged items (not easy!). We saw lots of beautiful things at fair prices and also found some great things :) The two employees are super friendly and fair. We'll definitely be back! Best wishes from Germany!

A well-maintained and attractive secondhand shop. The owner, Mr. M. Moser, is excellent, and the two other employees are also nice, but the short-haired lady is a no-go! Unfriendly, curt, and apparently doesn't appreciate the merchandise. "Thank you" and "goodbye" aren't in her vocabulary—what a shame!

A very nice and decoratively furnished thrift store. The girls love their job, it's obvious right away. They always have a smile on their faces. What's important to me is that more appreciation and respect should be shown to all salespeople. They deserve it. Especially in a business like this, where the primary focus is on helping other people and their needs. For me, it's worth every franc to spend at a thrift store. This supports great projects. That's something we should focus more on than the very low prices. Keep up the good work 😀
