I came up with the idea of making a photoshoot with my children last minute - called in, managed to get an appointment on the same day (very much appreciated this!) and met in a few hours for the shoot. The photographer was very nice, explained the package very clearly and how it would be processed. She was very patient with my children and took great pictures. The result, communication and availability were indeed 5 star. Recommended to anyone.
