I called Morpheus Real Estate because I'd seen an apartment that I really liked in the pictures and wanted to arrange a viewing. The phone was answered extremely rudely with a curt "Yes," no name, no introduction. In hindsight, I understand why they prefer to remain anonymous when they're so unfriendly. I gave the address and mentioned that it was a 4.5-room apartment that had been renovated. The only response was: "Yes, which one?" I repeated the street name, to which the reply was again: "Yes, which one? They're both renovated." That's when I realized there were actually two listings. I explained that I couldn't remember which one I'd seen, as the pictures were identical. At that moment, I had to laugh briefly because it's a detail that could easily be clarified during the viewing. However, the man said it was "not funny" and hung up on me immediately. I briefly considered calling back to clear up the misunderstanding. But in retrospect, I thought: Renting from people like that and then rewarding them is out of the question for me. It just invites trouble. This behavior is completely unacceptable to me. Anyone who treats potential customers with such disrespect demonstrates that customer service, communication, and professionalism are of no importance to them. It's a real shame, but we wish everyone involved the best of luck.
