Bought a Swiss Military watch in Zurich. Had to send if from South Africa as the date function stopped working. Got it back but same issue all within 3 years. Very disappointing as there is no support in South Africa. Will never buy one again
My mother passed onto me a Cover brand watch that she no longer wears - but the bracelet was too tight for me. I contacted the company's HQ in Switzerland and within a week had received 2 new links through the post - completely free of charge. Fantastic, speedy service - and the watch looks beautiful!

Very friendly staff. Battery replacement was quick and easy. Extremely accommodating (I had slightly too little cash with me - note: card payment is not possible).
