Fantastic service and top quality – highly recommended! I've been ordering raw sausages from Melany regularly for some time now and I'm always impressed by the quality. I particularly appreciate the personal and very friendly service. When our Doberman needed to switch to lamb sausages for health reasons, Melany responded quickly and flexibly and made everything possible – despite last-minute changes and our tight schedule. You can tell that the work here is done with a lot of passion and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend all4Dogs and their offerings! Thank you for the great service and outstanding quality! I'm very surprised by the way customers are treated and the tone used. While differing opinions are understandable, I'm used to finding solutions together... provided there's a willingness to do so. Instead of listening, the customer is labeled as overly meticulous and their comments are interpreted. A very disappointing experience, and a shame for what is otherwise a lovely shop. Addendum: Thank you for your response. After I threatened to contact PayPal Consumer Protection, I was finally contacted :-) However, the offer of an exchange was conveniently omitted, and it comes with a price increase and the risk that I won't be able to properly evaluate the premium product. Your incomplete response alone confirms my initial impression. As a gesture of goodwill, I'm still giving 3 stars for the otherwise beautiful shop.

I discovered All4Dogs in a baking group on Facebook. I was curious, as All4Dogs is based in Switzerland, but I live in Germany, and they have some really great baking pans. In short, I highly recommend it. Great order processing and even faster delivery ❤️ I paid via PayPal on Monday, and the mailman was at my door on Wednesday or Thursday.
