The description "Top Customer Service" on their website is far from accurate. The service is abysmal, and they make no effort to minimize my costs when an error occurs. I ordered storage racks, which were delivered in two shipments. One of them was delivered before the agreed date and to the wrong location. It took a lot of effort to find these packages. The company obviously didn't care. Furthermore, 9 packages were delivered incorrectly. 6 of these had the same contents as the ordered ones, but they were labeled differently, and 3 of these were incorrect. I exchanged more than 10 emails with them, and in subsequent emails, they didn't remember statements I had already written or that they had written to me. I had to repeat some things several times in the email. I also had to travel to the storage unit several times to take and deliver the requested photos, but they still couldn't do anything with them. My effort was horrendous, and two months after the agreed delivery date, I still don't have a reasonable solution. I have to pay the rent for the storage unit, but I can't currently use it as desired. It's incredibly tedious and completely uncooperative in finding a solution.

I purchased a massage table. It arrived within 3 days. It's beautiful. I received an invoice by email for those who don't have a credit card! The table was assembled in 3 minutes and ready to use. It comes with a carry bag for transport. Excellent value for money!
