The so-called "cooperative" is an absolute joke. Supposedly affordable housing, it's not a single franc cheaper than with other housing associations. Even worse, you have to pay 10,000 CHF before you can even get the apartment, essentially so they can continue building affordable housing. This concept is truly deceitful and cynical! Pure greed.
