We bought a house which was sold by Remax, Mr. Grünenfelder in particular. We had no contact to the owner, but enjoyed working with Mr. Grünenfelder as their agent. The communication was quick and smooth (which is in our experience not by default , when hunting for a real estate in Switzerland). The documentation prepared by Remax was presented in very professional and advance way, it included video of the area and the full house from inside and outside, 3d plans and all legal documents. Mr. Grünenfelder took time to tour us around the house and was always reachable to answer our questions afterwards during the purchase process and even after the handover. In case we buy/sell property in the future, we will definitely mandate Mr. Grünenfelder.
