Everything was great until spring 2019, when we were left stranded for hours in a remote parking lot with small children due to a car breakdown. Now I've been trying to resolve a travel insurance claim for two months - and no one's emails have been responded to. We'll have to switch to a competitor.
The level of customer service has suffered noticeably in recent years. I no longer feel comfortable or well insured there. If I get the chance, I'll probably change completely! There are plenty of competitors in Glarus, especially directly opposite! Update: Apparently some contributions do make a difference and AXA Glarus has given some thought. I can now say again that it's worth going there.
They offer very good price ranges, they don't try to force you to buy another insurance policy, and they provide friendly, fast, and high-quality service.
Even the employees in this store give it 5 stars. As they say, self-praise stinks. Not recommended.
