Santiago very kindly contacted me and sent me photos and videos of the rooms they had available. These rooms, by the way, are registered, which is very important if you're coming to Switzerland; you should pay close attention to this, as not all rooms are registered. The rooms are very well-connected, with train stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, and schools nearby. They're strategically chosen, and cleaning service is included in the price (something very important to me when sharing an apartment). At first, I won't deny I was a little wary, as I know there are many scams in Switzerland. But something very important to highlight is that they have physical offices. I went in person to sign the contract and for a brief interview. Santiago very kindly explained absolutely everything about the rooms and other important services they offer. They help with resumes, provide English and German classes (German is essential if you're coming to Zurich), legal advice, and more. Besides being a company you can rely on for any questions you may have, helping you avoid costly mistakes once you arrive in Switzerland, it's a reputable, legitimate company with a strong commitment to customer service. It's crucial to choose your assistance provider wisely, because, as I mentioned, there are many scammers out there. So, I'm recommending this company if you're considering taking the plunge, so you don't waste time or money in Switzerland.

I'm very happy with them, and especially with Santi, who practically saved my life the day I arrived! I was stranded in Zurich with nowhere to sleep. I managed to get in touch with Santi, and he offered to pick me up personally in St. Gallen since he was working there and it was almost 10:00 PM. He showed me several options he had at that moment and took me to the room that suited me best. Besides the help he offered, he answered any questions I had immediately. He's a super reliable guy, and it's almost like he's available 24/7, haha. I've also been able to visit their offices, and everything is very efficient. I highly recommend them based on my experience, and I'm sure that if I need to do any kind of paperwork, I'll use both his help and that of his team!
