Worst support ever when problems arise! CATASTROPHIC!!!! Virtual problem management is time-consuming, nerve-wracking, and doesn't achieve the desired result! 20 minutes on the phone – unfortunately, all for nothing... the expensive printer is still sitting unusable in the office.... Hello... support!!!!
