She's friendly and cuts hair well. However, what disappointed me was that she used conditioner, shampoo, and hairspray for added volume without asking. My hair is short. What I wanted was clear: a wash, a cut (1 cm off), and a blow-dry. That's all. For this price, it's not normal: it cost CHF 76.50. Before, I usually paid CHF 53 (in January 2026). This is a rip-off. Medium-length and long hair typically costs over CHF 70. Feedback: A transparent price list that clearly states what is included and what is not. Conditioner, shampoo, and hairspray are not listed. I'd rather go to a different hairdresser with a transparent price list and fair prices.
I had my hair colored here and I'm thrilled! They took plenty of time for the consultation, listened to my wishes, and the result is simply perfect. The color looks natural and my hair feels healthy. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
Despite my request, my hair wasn't washed beforehand. However, I still had to pay the same amount. They claimed that washing my hair was included in the price. I then emailed customer service. The response I received was very curt and impersonal. Luckily, there are other hair salons.
I'm extremely disappointed with the hairdresser, Roxana, who didn't take a single minute to discuss my desired hairstyle. Her commitment to the customer was absolutely nonexistent, and her attitude towards the customer was completely unacceptable. The prices are far too high for such poor service. I will never return. Truly disappointed.
