If it were possible, I wouldn't give it a star at all. I received an email from Bigler Immobilien and wanted to sign the contract, but then they told me I wouldn't get the apartment after all, arguing that I wouldn't be suited to the building because of the children, and that it's too noisy... Very unprofessional and just plain shabby.
The apartment doesn't need to be cleaned. Bigler AG always finds a way to avoid returning the deposit. When I was leaving, they said I'd lost the key. We agreed to order a copy for 60-70 Fr. The bill for the lost key ended up being 1800 Fr!!! Until I complained, they didn't send the documents. Be careful!!!

We arranged an appointment to view the apartment, arrived at the property on time, and no one from the management showed up. When I inquired, they simply said that dogs weren't allowed, no apology, nothing at all.
