Great variety store, crafts, arts clothes and toys, you name it and its there. Very tidy and well stocked.
My husband and I popped in to this department store and found some items that we were happy to purchase. I also found a jumper that they did not have in my size. The young lady who was serving us, who spoke english, was so helpful and offered to get the jumper in as we still had 10 days in Thun. The jumper arrived earlier than expected and I had a phone call to let me know that it was ready. Really good service. Thank you so much.

A versatile department store with prices on the higher end. Large selection of toys and models. Also includes the Babyrose specialty store.
Friendly and competent service that also takes its time. I'm always amazed at the range of items they have, which can otherwise only be ordered online. And all at very fair prices!
It's wonderful that department stores like this still exist! The Schaufelberger model-making department is my favorite. Competent and friendly. Mr. Buntschu is a true expert. The items are certainly a bit more expensive, but the service and excellent advice have to be paid for. Bravo and keep it up!
